All classes are Full 1-hour classes and offer an end of the year performance!
Acrobatics/ Gymnastics Class
We teach a little of both! Acrobatic is like dancing with tricks mixed in. For gym, it includes balance beam, bars, etc. Gymnastics floor routines are always done solo, however Acrobatic routines can be done with any number of people. Acrobatic contains tumbling, contortion, lifts, balances, and pyramids often connected with dance elements, whereas Gymnastics focuses on tumbling passes connected with dance elements. Students will gain strength, balance, and flexibilitiy in Acro/Gym.
The difference between Acrobatics and Gymnastics in execution lies in the transition of the movement and will be left under the teacher discretion.
